New page

Ashley has developed her interpersonal skills at both a local & international level through her cross-organizational relations at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Missiles & Fire Control, and Rotary & Mission Systems and her time spent overseas as a medical worker & abroad student.

She has demonstrated her ability to anticipate needs as an Industrial Engineer by managing the F-35 Canopy production takt rate and implementing other lean principles. Her work has positioned Pinellas (FL) to be ready for F-35 ramp to rate and has driven affordability to Pinellas' other lines of business supporting C-130, F-16, and F-22. Ashley has supported Pinellas’ high volume, high variety fabrication shop by applying her data-mining skills to enable leaders and operators across the organization to make data-driven decisions. She has also helped implement PMTs site-wide at Pinellas as a PMT Coordinator by empowering 30 PMT leads and by centralizing metrics.

Ashley is currently in the Operations Leadership Development Program and is supporting Global Supply Chain at Missiles and Fire Control (Dallas, TX) in a dual role position. As a Material Analyst for the M270 Launchers, she has identified functional bottlenecks cross-functionally for 2600+ parts, redeeming schedule impact to downstream processes, as well as led high risk parts review with Program leadership to strategize resolutions for parts impacting schedule. As a Procurement Engineer for PrSM & ATACMS, she performs supplier capacity and risk analysis leveraging simulation modeling and supplier relations.

Ashley is a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida, and is currently pursuing her Masters at Cornell in Systems Engineering with a focus in Data Science.
